Why Indianapolis Met? About Us Academics LTI Student Life

Welcome to Indianapolis Met!
Indianapolis Met public charter high school is located on the city's near west side. The school, which opened in 2004 with 120 students, is dedicated to educating “one student at a time.” The goal of the school is for every student not only to graduate from high school but also to attain some level of post-secondary education.

The school is based on a model developed by the Big Picture Company. Big Picture Schools are designed to serve students of all abilities, interests and aspirations. Because of the individualized approach to learning, these schools are able to meet the needs of all students.

Indianapolis Met is a tuition-free public charter high school and is open to any student who lives in Indiana.
